    I purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter, as I was happy with how the first phone I purchased off the back market had come, I just assumed all phones came with boxes especially when paying for excellent quality. But not this one, Now I’m just stressed about how I’m presenting this on Christmas just I didn’t really want her to know it was secondhand. But other then that I can’t complain

    It took over 1 week to arrive even though it was express post. I paid for a premium device (flawless by their description) and when the phone turned up there were visible sratches and dings on the case. When I contested the condition of the phone, they agreed that it was a 'fair' condition phone. They offered $100 back or a replacement phone but only after sending the phone back first - which would mean another week without a phone. They then said that the supplier can't replace the phone because they didn't have another one to replace it with. Not really the best outcome. It was more hassle to have the phone sent back and get a refund than to just put up with their fair condition phone.
