    The watch I bought should have a been “good” as grade. There are so many deep scratches on the screen. There is no way this watch is graded as “Good”. Utterly disappointed as it’s a present for my wife’s birthday. I’d be cautious using this merchant.

    Item arrived very fast, good quality, no damage. It would be helpful to advertise the length of the strap at its shortest & longest adjustment as I didn’t realise the tightest option would be still slightly too big on my wrist. There are sometimes issues with getting it to start charging, ie it takes a couple minutes/a couple redos for it to register that it’s charging. A few small issues with setting it up & connecting to my phone, as it didn’t come with any instructions, guidelines, troubleshooting tips etc. It was also advertised with the straps being dark blue to match the sides of the watch, but they are actually black. The watch does function very well and I’ve had no problems in that area at all since I received it.
