    Easy to find what I was after, great price, fast interstate delivery w/ good packaging and the product looked brand new despite only being rated “good” in visual condition when I ordered (so I’d recommend not worrying too much about the cosmetic rating, they made it look nearly new in the refurb in my case). I’ll be using these guys again in future.

    The whole purchase process was smooth. Seller dispatched quickly. Arrived well packaged. Fast postage. The Ultra was in the advertised condition and operates like new. Happy me! Lol Although listed as 'No band' just the primary watch unit, so could have been packaged in a tiny square box or even a small bubble pouch, I was very happy to discover it was a larger rectangular box that also contained a bonus generic MagSafe iWatch charger and also a basic black silicon type band. Yeah, very happy me!

    I ordered it later and they said it would take five days to deliver but it arrived in two - in time for Xmas. I ordered ‘good’ but the battery is 100% and it is indistinguishable from brand new. Oh, and they advertised “no band” but they included a band. Five bright stars.

    I have received the item as per description (good) minor scratches on the stainless steel nothing that a good polishing can take off, no scratches on the display, working perfectly. Battery received at 80% but it’s ok for an over 3y watch. Can be changed in the future. Recommend the seller.
