    Purchased an iPhone 14 Pro 1000gb. All seemed to work well, however within a month of use I received a notification regarding the camera hardware on the phone. The message shows that the camera is not working properly or is not a genuine apple part. I tried using the camera on the iPhone and the 3x zoom and some other zoom functions are not working. I tried signing in to get customer assistance however the website is not displaying my order when signing in. It seems technical assistance can only be provided once signed in and an order is selected. Quite disappointing

    I expected more from a phone supposedly in good condition. It came with the metal bumper (the one that goes all the way around the screen) completely scratched, so instead of being black (I bought the black color) the metal is basically silver all the way around the screen. The screen is very good without scratches, the battery is only at 91% but the phone is fully functional and very fast. Overall it's neither good or bad, but ok for me as I wasn’t expecting so many scratches all over the metal bumper.

    It is a very good product but the SSD has only 1TB memory, not the 2TB as advertised. Also to start up the computer initially, we need to change the name of the HD from untitled2 back to Macintosh HD before we can download the new OS. Need to tell your clients next time.
