    Really dissapointing experinace, bought our kid their first phone (iPhone refurbished). Straight out of the the box this phone has issues, many different issues. How this even passed any quality testing or assurance is beyond me. Now I have to go to the trouble of writing emails, then, sending it back to the seller, then waiting 10 days to get it fixed. Kids without their Christmas present. It's an absolute joke .

    Need to put a note in the address’s letterbox if tried to deliver and couldn’t. My phone is my only source of internet so cannot receive messages to say phone is at post office. Plus it confirms delivery did actually visit my address instead of just taking it to the post office. Very happy with phone except that it becomes hot 🔥 after few hours use - Bluetooth or other.
