    Phone arrived fairly quickly, was in good condition (small scrape/smudge on the screen I couldn’t remove). Battery health was 87% but quickly dropped to 86% within a day. My only issue is my FaceID doesn’t work 90% of the time which is annoying as hell and means it’s technically *not* fully functional as described. Yes I’ve done software updates, cleaned the lens, tried fixes. It’s the phone.

    The phone I bought is faulty, it can’t hold charge and I e given up using. I’m frustrated that the onus is on me to pay for postage and send it back. I won’t be purchasing refurbished phones from you in the future. I paid decent money for a product that doesn’t work.

    iPad arrived damaged, shipping box was in perfect condition, so was damaged before shipping. Have lodged a case and am receiving help from Backmarket for a refund. Shame it soured the idea of buying 2nd hand if the seller is willing to sell badly damaged items and pass them off as fair or good condition.
