    I ordered a "Good" condition phone but received only a "Fair" condition phone from this particular seller. The entire screen was covered in tiny scratches. The packaging was also pretty shocking - this expensive phone was wrapped in a very small amount of bubble wrap and just floating around in a large, plain cardboard box, with nothing else. I have since ordered from a different seller on BackMarket and the packaging was completely different, the phone was safe and secure. BackMarket customer service was great also, I was able to return it for a full refund without any issues.
