    Glad I took the risk, surprisingly I didn’t get ripped off with a cheap screen or battery being replaced in the phone, everything seems to be working as it should considering some of the bad reviews I’ve seen online for people getting cheap parts in the phone from back market, Take the risk if you get a lemon phone just return it and try another company I guess 😂

    This phone has replaced my aging Samsung Galaxy S20 which was a great phone. The delivery was fast, the speed and battery life are excellent and the overall experience is good, however at medium to higher volume, the built-in speaker reproduces distorted sound. This is not what I expected in an over $900 priced phone on a flagship product. Better quality control is needed to make sure that when a product is marked as 'excellent" condition that it actually is.

    The 16 Pro arrived as indicated on 29 December and is indeed in Excellent condition. It was easy to copy all the data from my old phone to the 16 Pro and everything works well! It is a beautiful piece of equipment and I am very happy with it.

    My IPhone arrived as described. Despite complaints of battery performance I am able to get 2 full days as I am not a heavy user or have battery draining games on my phone . Fully recommend to anyone else to get this phone if your just looking for a phone that handles the basics without breaking the bank.

    Received my phone on the date that was previewed. The phone works good for now at least. Got it with micro traces on screen. Batterie with 93% condition. I’ll have to still test the phone but I think it heats up very hot when used for a while … per example when I received it and had to do the transfer , impossible to hold it from the heat it was having. But like I said very happy for now , it’s like brand new so 🙂

    I had been putting off getting a new phone for more than two years as it was still working and I hate waste, and I definitely don’t need the latest and greatest tech to get by. I then came across Back Market. The reviews were good and thought I would give it a go…and it has been the best thing ever! Now the wife wants one 😝 The phone works as expected and no noticeable marks or scratches etc. it is a massive improvement on my old iPhone 7. Happy days 👍

    The device did not come in the condition I had requested, numerous scratches on the screen missing top speaker cover with dirt inside of it! A massive scratch on the bottom right of the screen. Hopefully customer service helps me soon.
