Up until now, all three of my phones have been Android. Recently, my phone started acting up and I decided to replace it. I ordered it in the morning and it was dispatched the same day and arrived in the afternoon the next day. I was surprised at how fast the response was. This time, I ordered an iPhone 12 64GB - Black - Sim-free (B rank). I was surprised again when I opened it. The battery was at 86%. The battery was at 86%, but no problem at all. I would like to order from Back Market again when I need to buy a new phone. Thank you very much.

I bought the iPhone 11 for my elderly parents. As they don't use it very often, I chose the 64 GB capacity and standard battery. Although it was a B grade product, I could not find any scratches anywhere and the product arrived so clean that I thought it was brand new. The screen touch is also fine. I checked the battery status and charging in Settings and was surprised to see that the maximum battery capacity was 100%. Delivery was very fast, I received it the day after I ordered it and it was carefully packaged without being too excessive. I have only ever bought new iPhones, but next time I will buy my own iPhone here. I don't usually post reviews, but the price and product were excellent, so I thought I'd write one as a thank you.

I bought this iPad because my workplace changed and my previously distributed iPad was recalled and I needed an iPad of the same size. I decided on the cheapest C-type as I don't use it much other than to give presentations, but the product I received was without a scratch and I was able to use it without any problems as I immediately put it in the cover I had originally used. However, the battery was running down abnormally fast, going from 100% charged to 0% in four hours, and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use it for work. So I consulted the help centre, and they gave me some suggestions on how to deal with the problem, which I tried, and the situation was greatly improved, with about 20% remaining even after eight hours. The product arrived quickly and I received good support, so I can't think of anything else to rate this other than 'excellent'. I didn't expect to be able to buy an iPad at this price, so I felt like I got a lot for my money. However, I would have said nothing if the company had paid for it instead of me because it is for work... That's a personal situation, so I have no fault with this product and BackMarket. w I would like to continue using this pro...

I am reviewing this product as it has been almost a month since I bought it. I bought it for the purpose of drawing pictures. I originally had a yearning to draw on my iPad, and after researching various models, I narrowed down the models suitable for drawing. The only thing is that the charging cord that came with it was a lightning cable, not an Air4-compatible type C cable, so I had to buy a type C cable separately. Grade B ordered. The delivery was scheduled to arrive on 2 July, but it arrived today. I am extremely grateful for the very fast delivery. The only appearance is a little scraped scratch on the bottom right side, but no other scratches that look like scratches. The appearance is satisfactory as you can't tell once the cover is on. The battery was at 83%. If I had to say, I would have liked a little more battery life, but the operation is also normal, so xx. I wanted to give it the highest overall rating, but I was still concerned about the battery life, so I gave it a 4. （I am very happy with this purchase if you don't mind that! I think it was a good purchase for this amount of money for an iPhone that gets more expensive every year. It was a purchase that I would like to take care of again!

I've been using an iPhone 6s for a long time, but the OS is getting old and Yahoo apps are no longer supported, so I'm considering replacing it. However, the new model is quite expensive and the specs are not that high, so I was looking for an affordable used one, and I came across the back market. I often carry my phone in my pocket, so I chose the iPhone 13 mini for its portability. I was a little worried about the second-hand phone, but it was as clean as new, with only a few small scratches on the edges of the camera. I thought I would replace the battery myself if it wasn't performing well, but it was 100%. I would like to use this service again if I need to buy a smartphone for my child (^^)

There were a few scratches on the surface, but once the protective film is applied, it doesn't bother me at all. The battery seems to last a long time if you give it a bit of attention. 　As an aside, I used a company mobile phone of the same model and it was very easy to use. By the way, I have a hearing impairment and use hearing aids. With other companies' phones, I sometimes didn't even notice when the phone rang, but with this phone, I can be alerted to incoming calls with a light, and by linking it to my hearing aids, I can hear phone calls, video sound and music directly to my hearing aids. I was surprised to the point of being overwhelmed by the sheer versatility of the phone. I would like to thank the people who designed it. I am very grateful to the person who designed this phone. Got an iPhone 13 128GB A-grade with a discount, but due to personal reasons, I had to exchange it. The customer service was so helpful and responded quickly. The battery health was at 91%. There are almost no scratches, except for a small one right on the screen of the front camera. It did not affect the camera performance at all, actually. I'm willing to purchase another product from here again in the future :)

My iPhone SE3 was submerged in water and I was looking for the cheapest one among 13 different products when I found your product cheaper than Amazon. I found your product cheaper than Amazon and decided to buy it even though it was a low grade product because I had no problems with scratches on the exterior. The battery life I was concerned about was also good and I will be able to use it for the foreseeable future. I think I made a very good purchase. I am considering buying another one.
