The exterior was clean and scratch-free. As it was an older model, I was prepared for a 90% battery at best, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it at 100%.

I purchased an A-grade product but received a product that was heavily used, scratched and lacking a rear cover for the dock. When I contacted support, I was informed that a replacement was not available and a refund was offered. I heard that in the case of return and refund, there is a possibility that the promotion code used at the time of order will not be returned, so I had no choice but to accept the product in poor condition as it was because I would have lost the entire promotion code if I chose the return and refund service. It may be a problem with the shop, but I have used Backmarket several times before, and many of the products were in good condition, so I was disappointed this time.

It arrived with a faulty charging port. Where is the refurbished word, which is broadly stated to be in perfect working order? When we asked for a replacement, they replied that they could not send us a replacement unit ahead of time. It is almost impossible in today's world to send back a purchased item without a replacement unit. I will buy a new one from Apple Store. I will never buy refurbished products again. There is too much risk of receiving a scratched or broken product.

After about two weeks of use, the glass on the back of the case broke with an impact that I did not think it could be broken with the case on. I got the impression that the durability of the product had deteriorated and was very dissatisfied.
