I was dubious at first but because of the one year warranty and condition description I was really impressed with the refurbished iPad which I was after. I never thought of refurbished equipment before but I was so glad this is another option. Whole experience was great, I will do this again and buy from Back Market.

I paid for express post and the phone arrived exactly on time! The phone was classified as of excellent quality but it looked brand new! After transferring my data over from my old phone (check out videos on YouTube with regards how to do this with your own phone, beforehand), it did several downloads and reboots, updating it's own software. It did this many times but do persevere with this. It will complete it eventually. The phone functions perfectly and I have no issues with it whatsoever! Overall, it was an awesome experience! I had initial concerns about buying a refurbished phone but never again! After this, I will never buy a brand new phone again! Thank you Back Market for a great phone and excellent customer service! I was sceptical at first ordering a refurbished iPad for my son. But the process was quick, it was shipped to me fast and it was in great condition. If anything I’ll definitely be ordering off this site if I need any other tech. Saved a lot of money as well

There is absolutely no difference between this iPad and a brand new one. I am very happy with my purchase, including transparency of information provided. Setting it up was easy. Most of it was achieved by simply having my iPhone close by and it automatically transferred. Further information I needed to set up how I wanted was easy to access on line. I felt secure buying it and still do. I don’t expect to encounter any problems. I will buy from Backmarket again and recommend to my friends and family.

Works pretty good for a refurbished device. Got it for my daughter for simple games and for car rides/plane travel. Wouldn’t want to spend full price on a brand new iPad for a child, so this was a much better alternative.

I was very skeptical about getting a refurbished iPad but I really needed one as soon as possible. After getting this one, I was quite surprised because it works very well, the battery health is pretty good, I can charge it today and can be used for 2 days. I noticed some small scratches on the back of the iPad but its barely noticeable

Excellent ipad!!! Works perfect! Communications throughout the process was fantastic and greatly appreciated , it arrived very fast , packed safely. Ipad charges to 100% and that will run for 8 hours never skipping a beat I would not hesitate dealing with the after market business again and i would recommend them based on my positive experience Thankyou

Very happy with my MacBook Air, not a single mark is on the laptop and it works great. Only issues I have is that I can’t change the region to anywhere within Australia so that I can use the calendar or reminders apps - but I love the laptop!

Arrived within a week, (paid for express post). I live in a remote area of WA. Phone condition is very nice, even has a new battery, better than what I thought it would be. I think the SE was a good choice and it updates to the latest iOS.. All in all, I got a good product at a reasonable price. Definitely is my first stop for anything else.
