Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred. There was no delay. I bought this for my son and he's very happy with it. I'm very impressed in the quality, delivery and professionalism of this company and would not hesitate to buy again. I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. It also arrived earlier than anticipated - so a definite plus. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

I bought a MacBook in fair condition. there are no scratches no dints and the charger looked brand new. Mousepad is in great condition, keys look great space bar has a little bit of ware on it but besides that everything is perfect. MacBook was delivered in just under a week of purchasing.

The phone is fabulous! it was in perfect condition, without a mark on it. It is fast and the battery life is great. All in all a fabulous transaction that had super value and excellent customer service. Well done to the team at Back Market, I will be back.

I received the Iphone SE 2022. All looks good. I'm a bit disappointed that the camera doesn't have a square setting and alao, the caller isn't announced. (2 features that I relied on with my old phone).
