    This is the second device (iPhone and iPad) I have purchased from Back Market and both have been faultless. Great value for almost up-to-date models that have been refurbished to virtually as-new condition. Both were delivered in a few days from ordering. Excellent opportunity to upgrade a device without the exorbitant cost.

    Even with a refurbished model I would have expected a replacement battery. The battery discharges, on using, almost as quickly as my older iPad. That was the reason I decided to upgrade in the first place, hence I chanced a refurbished model. Apart from the battery the iPad is fine.

    The MacBook Air I purchased looks fantastic — cosmetically it’s basically like new, and it runs perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with it. That said, I do have two small gripes. The condition was listed as excellent, but the battery health is below 85%. While that’s not terrible, I would have expected at least 90% or a replacement battery to truly match the “excellent” description. A very minor point — the laptop arrived completely flat. It would’ve been nicer to receive it with some charge, though this is more nitpicking than a real issue.

    absolutely excellent.. although I ordered MBP M1 Pro 32/512 with the 10CPU - 16GPU but then they sent me the 8CPU - 14GPU version, they quickly gave solution to me.. so I would say that my MBP 14" is perfect product and condition. Got the MBP installed with all the productivity stuffs and they works well, smooth. The speaker produces best sound so far, legend!! So I love my purchase.

    My new Back Market Phone is amazing. I did read the reviews before I purchased the phone and they were positive however you never know until you receive your phone. I am very happy with the condition and battery. I have been O/S since the purchase as we know if anything is going to go wrong it would be when you have no back up. All was perfect.     Unfortunately the MacBook Pro I received was not the one advertised. It only had 32 GB RAM instead of the 64GB advertised. Although we reached an agreement and a partial refund I was still disappointed that basic checks had not been made on the machine before it was sent out.
