The product arrived and the screen was scratched, but once the screen film was applied, it did not bother me and I think I made a good purchase.

I bought a black, 256GB, new battery one when the A-grade was reduced in price. During the process, I was informed that the seller had a terminal problem and could not ship it, but they offered me a white equivalent or a refund instead. I was rather lucky as I really wanted the white one. (I chose the black one because the grade A was cheaper than the others). The phone came quickly, with quick communication and trouble-shooting. I am very happy with my phone, 256GB, 100% battery, no scratches even though it is an A grade, and I changed to white which I wanted for the same price! I was also happy that it came with a charger. I would use them again.

I ordered a new iPhone SE (2020) 64GB - white B grade battery. It came with a lightning cable and was clean with no scratches on the front or back as far as I could see. It is probably the very best used battery available. It's working great. The packaging was simple, with just one piece of plastic wrap around the body and one piece of plastic wrap inside.

It was shipped promptly and arrived quickly, and I received an email each time during the process. I chose the C grade and found no scratches on the screen and the battery was sufficient. However, there were several scratches on the casing, including around the camera lens and in the corners, and there was also a rust powder-like substance on the casing. The appearance is not a problem as it is used with a cover. Charging was normal, although I am concerned about the dirt remaining inside the charging port. The set comes with a compatible cable, which I thought was clever.

I bought a C-grade SE2. I decided to take this opportunity to try an iPhone because my original Android device broke, so I bought it from this website.I was prepared for scratches on the screen because it said that C grade had scratches, but I was surprised that there were no scratches on the screen and just a few scratches on the top that I didn't mind at all. I wanted to use this Backmarket for future purchases of iphones. I was also surprised to find that the delivery was scheduled for five days later, but in fact it arrived two days later. The speed of response was excellent.

iPhone 8 Plus 256 GB - Space Grey - SIM Free Condition: grade C Purchased from No scratches that looked like scratches were found and the quality was such that it was hard to believe it was a C grade. One disappointment was that it was described as SIM-free, but when I received it, it was SIM-locked. I rushed to contact customer support as many services these days have two-factor authentication and I didn't want SMS to be unavailable, but the response speed was not what I was looking for. Apart from the above points, I can't complain too much, and I would use the service again next time, but I do hope that the service will improve, for example by checking the SIM unlocking and other details stated in the terms and conditions of sale before shipping.

I was prepared for scratches as it is a C grade! There were more scratches on the screen than I expected. But I'm glad that it wasn't that noticeable once the film was applied! Also, the mana mode switch is very hard... I wondered why, but it was clogged with dirt, and once I removed it, the hardness was reduced a lot ^^. I think it's great that it's available at this price, so I don't mind a little bit. I will use it with care.

I bought this time with a B rating plus a new battery. The unit was clean with no noticeable scratches. It has been in use for about 10 days and so far there have been no problems. I was able to buy it cheaper than other websites and was satisfied with my purchase. I would like to buy from you again when I have the chance.
