He found out about backmarket through a YouTube advertisement and ordered it out of curiosity. It's a bit long, but I hope it will be helpful. I bought a grade B battery used iPhone 12 mini silver from a seller called Iplan. Scratches and battery degradation are the main concerns. My unit had a slight scratch on the side Maximum battery capacity was 100%. The advertisement claimed that it was "professionally inspected/cleaned", but the camera grooves and side buttons were dirty and not cleaned.　It is doubtful that they are even inspected. The included charging cable was not a Lightning cable, but a usbc cable with both ports.　Lax. I felt like a seller on a flea market site with lax support, not a professional vendor. I know some of you will say "it depends on the shop", but I suggest you stop and think before you buy, because even sellers of this calibre can be registered on backmarket. This time I "just happened" to be lucky and I won't be using it again. I give it 4 stars because I hope this review will catch your attention.

The order was placed after 2pm and was dispatched before 5pm (reminders were sent with a time lag when there was movement, so I could check the progress). I was able to receive the order the next day in my area, and I was able to specify a morning delivery by Yamato and received the order after 9am. I was amazed at the incredible speed and efficiency of the process. The iPhone sent to me arrived with 100% battery capacity. I was very grateful for the quick response, as my previous iPhone had become a paperweight due to me trying to update it on iTunes, I'm sure I'll be able to buy another iPhone 15 or 16 from Back Market again. The product I ordered is an iphone12mini grade B. It arrived two days after I ordered it. Before it arrived, I was concerned about (i) whether it was really scratch-free, (ii) whether the screen was scratch-free and (iii) how much battery power was left. Conclusion. (1) It was cleaner than I thought it would be, with no scratches, almost to the level of a new one. There were some minor scratches, but they were within the acceptable range for a B grade. The screen was clean with no scratches at all. (3) I was surprised that the remaining battery capacity was 100%. To be honest, I was prepared for it to be about 80%, but I felt that it was very conscientious because it was at the maximum level. I thought that I would consider this dealer when I buy it next time because there is no dissatisfaction point at present when I buy a commodity and it was a good commodity more than expectation.

This was my first time shopping from BackMarket. I am looking for a used iPhoneXR. I told my friend, BackMarket "This place is good!" He introduced me to BackMarket. I decided to buy from BackMarket because they have a 30-day return policy and a one-year warranty, so I knew I was in good hands. The price was very low and I was surprised that the XR I received was very clean and almost new. I was very happy when I opened the package. I thought the shipping was fast, the email contact was good and the support was good. The battery was 100% charged, and I even received a three-terminal charging cable (Lightning, type C and microUSB). I was surprised and grateful again! I was again surprised and filled with gratitude. I immediately thanked my friend for introducing me to a good shop. Product received. It appears to have been displayed as a demo unit. It was a C grade, so there were a few scratches on the screen, but they didn't bother me in actual use, and I was very grateful that the battery was in 100% condition. I asked BackMarket to take back the old model, and I was very satisfied with the purchase price without any reduction. I have dealt with them 5 times so far and I am generally satisfied, once there was a problem, but they were very honest and replaced it.

I was using the same one, but after replacing the battery, the battery got hot, didn't last a day, LINE wouldn't open, PayPay wouldn't work and there were too many problems, so I decided to buy one because my son had bought one here before and heard it was good! I bought a B grade of the same iPhone. I bought it on Friday evening and it arrived on Sunday morning. I changed it immediately. Since it was a B grade, I thought the battery should be around 80%, but to my surprise it was 100%! Not a scratch on the unit either! It was like new!

I found this site by searching on the Internet and, because it looked good, I first registered it as a favourite. After that, I had to go to Akihabara, so I went to a few second-hand shops and looked at the over-the-counter sales of this product. I bought the A grade, but it had no scratches and the battery was in good condition, 87%, so I was very satisfied. If I need it again in the future, I will be the first to look for it in the shop.

I bought an A-grade iPhone Pro for the first time. The packaging and the unit were so clean that I thought it was brand new, there were no scratches to be seen in any way and the glass protection film, which is supposed to be a blue light cut film, was applied beautifully with no deviations. I am also very happy with the battery, which is at 100% of maximum capacity. I was not sure about the price, but I think it was the right decision to choose grade A. The iPhone Pro series is very expensive, but I think the backmarket refurbished products are good quality and the price is low.

I was looking for a replacement for my SE that suddenly broke down, and after reading your reviews I thought that a B would be sufficient, but for some reason the colour I wanted at the time was a few thousand yen cheaper in A than in B. I jumped at the chance to buy a good one for around 50,000 yen. The order was placed late at night on the 17th and arrived by courier before 9:00am on the 19th, a smooth delivery. There are no scratches at all, and even though I didn't upgrade the battery, the maximum battery life is 100%, so I'm very happy to say it's brand new. Thank you very much. When I buy again, I will come here first.
