I was very happy with the fast shipping and the item arrived looking like new. However, Back Market's response was the worst. I would rate Japan Electronics as the best and Back Market as the worst of all!

Repeat. As before, it's so quick that the unit arrives quickly even if you buy it at the same time as the accessories. It was an A grade, so I'm thrilled with the unit, battery and it's like new. Now that I know BackMarket, I can't imagine buying anywhere else.

There were no scratches on the screen or back at all and it was as clean as new. It is at the level of doubting that it is really a second-hand maintenance product. The packaging was also very stable as it was fixed on top of being in a docomo case. The battery was almost 100% (about 99%) and looked genuine, although I thought it had been replaced. It's a big hit.

I bought the B grade and it worked fine. There were a few scratches and stains, but they are not really noticeable because of the cover, which is a common AirPods problem. It was in the box and the AirPods themselves were like new with no scratches or dirt at all! Also.

I had a problem registering my face ID when I first purchased the app and left it for about a week, and then I got a message asking if I wanted to register my face ID, and that's when I finally registered.

The quality and response are all excellent. I will continue to use your service.

I was shocked when the case was dirtier than expected, but after polishing it with a wet sheet it was clean and hot. It charges without problems and I can listen to music clearly. I now feel that I have made a good purchase.

There were no scratches and it was per. Use again.

It's very clean and I'm delighted with it, but the Bluetooth is completely useless. Sometimes it connects, but it disconnects immediately.

I received such a beautiful item that I thought it was new. I hope to use them again next time
