I was happy with delivery time, however disappointed that after I dropped it only once, there is now damage to the screen display. Considering I had a similar issue with my last refurbished phone, but the screen fell off that one. I think I’ll buy new next time.

I’ve had this phone for about 8 weeks and the battery has failed. It over heats while charging and doesn’t hold charge. If I’m honest, the battery never held much charge from day one. It is unusable as a phone and is dangerous. It’s the worst phone purchase I’ve ever made and wont buy from Backmarket again.
