I bought it with the understanding that it was second-hand, but I received a MacBook so beautiful that it could be mistaken for a new one. The scratches are not noticeable and even I, who am a bit of a germaphobe, can use it without worrying at all! I can use it with peace of mind! I would buy here again if I had the chance!

I bought a B-grade product but it was not as good as I thought it was and as BackMarket claims. The standard is that there are scratches and dents that cannot be seen from a distance of 50cm, but there are scratches, dents and sticker marks that I, with 0.4 eyesight, can see from a distance of 1m with my naked eye. If someone with vision of less than 0.2 could see them with the naked eye, they would probably be invisible at a distance of 50 cm... The standard of beauty is ambiguous, but at least last year's iPad mini from another company with a "C grade" (scratches visible at a glance) was much cleaner than this one. I think it's probably an A or better by BackMarket's standards. In this case, the back of the device is hidden by the cover, so there is no major problem, and we think that a certain amount of scratches should be tolerated because it is used, but in the future we will have to take into account the laxity of the BackMarket criteria when making our selection.

I used to love my iPad Pro 9.7, but after much consideration I decided to buy an iPadAir5 as it is no longer eligible for iOS17. I was a little worried because it was a B grade, but there were only a few small dings on the corners of the aluminium case. I'm glad I went with the Air5 because I play with my garage band, organise my photos and do some paperwork with my Pencil. However, the Air5 is considerably heavier than the Pro9.7 and only has a Type C port, which makes recording with iRig2 much harder, and as a result I'm really glad I didn't give up my Pro9.7. Plus, the cheaper-than-planned price allowed me to buy third-party pencils, cases, glass film, etc. Also, the shipment was fast and well packaged.

It arrived sooner than I expected and the item is even more beautiful than I expected and is working fine. I was very impressed and will ask for it again when I buy another iPad!

This was the second time I used this service. It was a Grade C and I was very happy with it. The battery was at 90%.

It arrived safely today. I purchased the iPhone 14ProMax 512GB A Grade for my high school son! It was shipped earlier than expected. It's beautiful and the battery is at 100%. It looks brand new! I will take good care of it. Thank you very much.

I ordered a B grade. I would say the appearance is grade equivalent with no noticeable scratches. Subjectively speaking, I received a better product than I expected. I have used other reuse smartphones online shopping, but this time I received a satisfactory product. I would like to use this service again if there is another opportunity.
