    I was stranded in the remote outback as a single woman without a car and a broken phone, and yet my order was not sent for multiple days after purchasing. It quickly became clear that had I not followed up on the order/intervened myself, it would not have been shipped. Even when I expressed my urgency then I was ignored for another day. When the phone did arrive, a complimentary cord said to be included in the box was not there, and I quickly learned that the phone has technical issues, shutting down at random when the battery drops below 20%. I am greatly disappointed by this transaction. Most of all for how poorly I was treated.
