Bought the Dell Latitude for my partner. He is very happy with his birthday gift. His old desktop is so slow to start so he is really pleased with the laptop that it starts pretty much as soon as you open it.

I had to do something because Win11 would not load onto the Toshiba Z30C. So I got this X30-D from you. A couple of years more recent, and came with Win11 which I did not really need, but anyway ... So now I am toying with installing Linux on the Z30-C. Your X30-D is running perfectly. Thank you.

Brought this laptop for my daughter to use and School because I couldn’t afford a brand-new one. This dell laptop 2in 1 With touch screen is far more than I would have got her if buying. Full retail. yes it had a scratch on the case. It is so light you can hardly see it. Does not interfere with the functionality of the laptop at all. Thanks to the fantastic team at back market, and a superior customer support service, i was able to get Assistance with a shutdown issue. All it turned out to be was an update of the bios was needed. I followed the in-depth instructions I was given,It works Beautifully. I would highly recommend them for future computer purchases on my part and to anybody else who is in need of computer equipment for School. A++ service and delivery.

Not bad! Works well, gets quite hot when loading two or three applications. Structurally sound, the 9 key is frustratingly sticky, but other than that works well. Came with charger, shipped quickly.

I was very happy with my purchase and with no hesitation will recommend Back Market to anyone that needs a laptop. So much cheaper than having to fork out for a new one.
