I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The refurbished iphone 12 had a new 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition (like new), not a scratch or mark anywhere. The phone also arrived quickly, such prompt shipping. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

I have purchased three iPhones, and a iPad Mini (6th gen) from Backmarket and every device has been beautifully presented, capably restored and in identical condition to the product descriptions. I have used other sellers of refurbished items before, but now I don't bother. I go directly to Backmarket - with great confidence.

My previous iPhone got a severe damage on its screen - it wasn't operatable. So I really needed a new phone immediately. Even I order a standard delivery by mistake, it arrived in 2 days! Thank you for that. I have a bad experience to purchase a refurbished iPhone before. The iPhone from Back Market is good quality and reasonable priced.

I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.

I paid for express post and the phone arrived exactly on time! The phone was classified as of excellent quality but it looked brand new! After transferring my data over from my old phone (check out videos on YouTube with regards how to do this with your own phone, beforehand), it did several downloads and reboots, updating it's own software. It did this many times but do persevere with this. It will complete it eventually. The phone functions perfectly and I have no issues with it whatsoever! Overall, it was an awesome experience! I had initial concerns about buying a refurbished phone but never again! After this, I will never buy a brand new phone again! Thank you Back Market for a great phone and excellent customer service! Really impress with the reconditioning. Looks and feel like brand new phone. Battery life is really good and the customer service was prompt and responsive. HAd little nag with shipment but customer service was prompt with communication and updates.

few scratches here and there for the “excellent„ option, but they are easily hidden so it’s ok. the battery is also kind of whack, but honestly i’m not complaining it’s overall a very good phone and i would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking into buying a refurbished phone.

Not bad, though not perfect either. Occasionally when I go to open it, all I get is a dark grey, unresponsive screen. Simply turning it off and on again (with two quick clicks of the power button) fixes this though, so it's not a big issue. The auto-correct on the keyboard is really funky though, and unless my fingers are fatter than I thought they were, it likes to insert random spaces and (sometimes imaginary) words so that 'random' becomes 'ra an dome' or something, which is not an issue I had with my previous refurbished SE (2nd ed). I've changed the auto-correct, auto-punctuation and predict features to off in settings, which makes things a bit better but I still occasionally have the issue. The screen went completely unresponsive on me at one point when I opened the phone onto safari, and I had to do the 'volume up then down quickly and hold the power button until you see the apple symbol' restart, after which it was working normally again. Other than those (mostly just mildly inconvenient) issues, it has been behaving fine. Oh, it also didn't let me do the connect-to-mac info crossover when I was first setting up the phone, but from what I could see online this is normally c...

Visually looks like new. Feels very solid and satisfying to handle. Having the odd problem with network connectivity but that could be me still learning all about the phone. Very happy with the refurbished phone this early in my ownership. GC

Amazing product for the price! I did order it over the weekend and came in on the estimated date. In immense condition for being a refurbished device. Highly recommend others if they are on a budget or are just looking to upgrade and don't see the need for the latest iphones. Back market is a great website and the team are doing an amazing job.
