Thy judgement? Good Lord, an English speaker. The Dell Latitude: Replaced a rather ancient Acer Laptop, also refurbished but not done well. The Latitude, is excellent, I'm retired but spend a lot of time following 'Western Politics', blogging etc, the Latitude fills my every requirement, great quality, sufficiently speedy for my needs, In short, I'm delighted. Excellent, Thank you, not a word of criticism. Great product!

Package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The refurbished MacBook Pro is in excellent condition and a welcome upgrade to my old MBP. Happy days 👌

I purchased the ‘fair condition’ version of the 2017 MacBook Pro last week and was so incredibly happy with the product I received! Despite the minor and hardly noticeable signs of use, the laptop looks, feels and operates like it’s practically new. Additionally, the quality of service and updates from the back market team was also very helpful and helped put my mind at ease. I find it very hard to source a reliable and efficient second hand technology store without feeling some sense of dread, but back market definitely rose to the challenge and surpassed my expectations. It also arrived earlier than anticipated - so a definite plus. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future.

The device was in very good condition. No marks at all. The charging cable is old and bent a bit at the connection point but it still works so it's no drama. Everything went smoothly, from the order process, to delivery, to setting everything up. Thank you!

Bought the Dell Latitude for my partner. He is very happy with his birthday gift. His old desktop is so slow to start so he is really pleased with the laptop that it starts pretty much as soon as you open it.

Absolutely perfect for my needs!. The Air is quite a lot lighter to carry around which is important to me as when my old Pro was in the zip case, along with the charging cable, mouse etc it was surprisingly heavy. I cannot find fault with anything regarding this unit. I am an older user who takes my Mac with me when visiting and the price of this unit meant I could replace my Pro without the enormous expense of a new unit. THANK YOU.

I bought a MacBook in fair condition. there are no scratches no dints and the charger looked brand new. Mousepad is in great condition, keys look great space bar has a little bit of ware on it but besides that everything is perfect. MacBook was delivered in just under a week of purchasing.

I was looking at a new computer but don’t use it often. My granddaughter put me on to Backmarker. I got a a fantastic computer for a fraction of the price of a new one. It works fantastically. Very happy customer!!

Having worked with the unit, I want to say the quality of the computer exceeds my expectations. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the supplier Pre-Owned, in terms of packing and including a complimentary cover. I will be purchasing more things through you from them.

I had to do something because Win11 would not load onto the Toshiba Z30C. So I got this X30-D from you. A couple of years more recent, and came with Win11 which I did not really need, but anyway ... So now I am toying with installing Linux on the Z30-C. Your X30-D is running perfectly. Thank you.
