I'm extremely happy with my phone purchase. The refurbished iphone 12 had a new 100% (charge) battery and the phone was in great condition (like new), not a scratch or mark anywhere. The phone also arrived quickly, such prompt shipping. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Highly recommended.

Bought for my teen as a first phone. Great service and easy to set up everything. Was seamless and arrived on time without issues. For a refurbished unit it looks amazingly brand new and what I would expect given the reviews I read prior to purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

I have purchased three iPhones, and a iPad Mini (6th gen) from Backmarket and every device has been beautifully presented, capably restored and in identical condition to the product descriptions. I was looking for an alternative to purchasing a new phone ( I wanted a Iphone 13 mini) as I did not want to go into a plan with a CSP. I discovered Back Market (B.M) online, read the reviews and decided to give them a try. This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone, and I am very happy I did. My phone is working wonderfully well and I would say give them a go if you are interested in an alternative to buying new. The phone I chose, looks like new at half the cost. The process was very easy and I had my phone delivered within a few days. Based on my experience I will certainly look to doing this again, when the need arises.

It’s for 90 year old mum. iPhone 11 is the least expensive model providing Assistive Access - I’ve set up for her - she only gets calls from people on her favourites list. She cannot delete or accidentally move things. The volume is toggled and it streams via blue tooth to her hearing aid. Really worthwhile

My previous iPhone got a severe damage on its screen - it wasn't operatable. So I really needed a new phone immediately. Even I order a standard delivery by mistake, it arrived in 2 days! Thank you for that. I have a bad experience to purchase a refurbished iPhone before. The iPhone from Back Market is good quality and reasonable priced.

Received an iPhone 13 arrived quickly. Works well. I thought it wasn’t charging at first but turned out to be my plug. I am getting used to iOS have always been an android girl. I am not a fan but I guess like all changes I will get used to it!

Amazing product for the price! I did order it over the weekend and came in on the estimated date. In immense condition for being a refurbished device. Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred.
