    as expected there are minimal scratches on the phone which is ok because its refurbished. the battery health is 90% which is really good! so far im loving the phone. no hidden issues at all. also the delivery was early and that made me happy and satisfied with the service. will surely buy again in the future. salute to the seller!

    Super fast delivery and Phone was in superb condition with no scratches or dents of any kind. I would call it brand new if not for the battery which is at 89%, really good for a refurbished phone. 5* service.

    It was a purchase for my daughter starting high school. She is very happy with your product. It is performing as I expected, and it has a battery of 100% health, which is a bonus. I've recommended the Back Market to other family members who have now purchased phones in the last two weeks.     Very happy about my refurbished phone. I didn’t need the specs of a new phone so bought one with the specs I wanted. Saved me about 1000 dollars. Better for the environment too. One very minor flaw: you advertise with promising at least 85% battery life, mine is 84% (🤨). I can totally life with that. Anyone thinking of going refurbished, go here.

    This is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone so naturally I had some misgivings. The iPhone I purchased was described as being in GOOD condition so I was expecting some acceptable wear and tear, the phone has arrived and it's in MINT condition. It's been installed and ready to go. A very happy camper. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was excellent. The phone was expertly packed. Well done! I would recommend Back Market.

    Excellent iPhone 8 easily upgraded to OS 16.7.5. Huge storage capacity & lightning fast. Apple makes inter device porting so easy with all user settings & data included. Suggest offering waterproof & tough protection casing with the sale of phones.

    Pretty good - I bought a "Very Good" white iPhone 13 mini and received a white iPhone 13 Mini with 87% battery health. Unlike a competitor whose name starts with B, who sent me a Blue iPhone 13 Mini with 83% battery health when I ordered a White "As New" phone for over $100 more than I paid Back Market, then sneakily deducted $110 from my purchase price when I returned it after 3 weeks of avoidance, denials and mis-statements - the whole transaction was dishonest on their part to say the least. BackMarket sent me what I ordered and paid for and that's a good start.

    Phone came quickly and in like new condition with perfect battery health you wouldn't even know it had been used before. This was my first refurbished phone purchase so i was extremely nervous but it was a perfect experience and the warranty provides that extra reassurance. Highly recommend Back Market
