It was supposed to be excellent condition but there are visible scratches on the back and sides plus the battery health is only at 86%. Not what I would call excellent condition but all features do work well and it arrived in 24hrs with express post.

I am very grateful to have received something that is not even a scratch and does not seem to be a B grade. I was concerned about the reviews on the internet, as there were some rare critical reviews, but it wasn't like that at all and the delivery was very fast. I will also consider this place once before I buy another Apple product.

The delivery arrived quicker than scheduled. I appreciated the careful packaging. I was looking for an affordable iPhone as my family's iPhones were getting old and could no longer do iOS updates or LINE updates. Thank you.

I bought an iPhone X 64GB - Space Grey - Sim Free B Grade. There are no noticeable scratches, the battery is at 100% and it was a great value for money. I have used it for about a month with no problems.

I ordered for the first time. At first I was suspicious and thought I might order once! But after reading the reviews, I took the plunge and bought Grade A. It arrived the day after I bought it and I was amazed at how fast it was! I was surprised that it arrived the day after I bought it and it was so fast! The one I received was very clean and no scratches were found. The battery was, by golly, 100%! I was really surprised by this! I've been using it since then and it's working like new without any problems! I also charged the battery and it was charged to 100%! The battery is slow to deplete even after use! I will take good care of it and will use it again if I have to buy another one! Thank you very much!
