It was supposed to be excellent condition but there are visible scratches on the back and sides plus the battery health is only at 86%. Not what I would call excellent condition but all features do work well and it arrived in 24hrs with express post.

I originally wanted to buy an iPhone XS but ordered an iPhone X by mistake. When I immediately contacted them and informed them of the situation, they responded quickly and proceeded smoothly with the refund process. I was also surprised at how easy it was to return the product and that you even covered the shipping costs. I feel that they really care about their users and are a very reliable platform. I am very satisfied.

The phone is clean and came with charger cord only. I just hope they included the usb... But over all it's fine👍🏻

I am very grateful to have received something that is not even a scratch and does not seem to be a B grade. I was concerned about the reviews on the internet, as there were some rare critical reviews, but it wasn't like that at all and the delivery was very fast. I will also consider this place once before I buy another Apple product.
