The phone I bought is faulty, it can’t hold charge and I e given up using. I’m frustrated that the onus is on me to pay for postage and send it back. I won’t be purchasing refurbished phones from you in the future. I paid decent money for a product that doesn’t work.

I have purchased many old iPhone 6s and iPhone SEs as cash registers and background music terminals for my shop, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness, new battery and good quality of the products, even with C grade. I used to avoid buying electronic devices like this on the internet because of the high risk involved, but after using it once, I have bought from them about 10 times in a row. The company is trustworthy. I have had one defective battery once, but they have been quick to respond with returns and refunds, and I will continue to buy from them in the future.
