few scratches here and there for the “excellent„ option, but they are easily hidden so it’s ok. the battery is also kind of whack, but honestly i’m not complaining it’s overall a very good phone and i would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking into buying a refurbished phone.

This is the third time I have used back market, 2 I phones and a Mac book pro. Great service, amazing products, you literally get what is advertised. I have also used the UK Backmarket and it is the same quality! Highly recommend!!

I ordered a black one but after dispatch I was notified that the black one was gone and either a pink or blue was available. Got a blue one at the end, no complaints. The phone works like a new one.

iPhone is in good quality with no issues. They sent me the wrong charger so it’s useless with the phone.

The condition of the phone is as advised. There is no issue.

My phone arrived on time, and in great condition! There were some things that were questionable with my experience, but I am overall very happy! 1. The phone was already set-up when it arrived. It looks like someone just set it up really quickly with no user-specific data loaded in. It almost just looked like a demo phone. I had to do a factory reset on it so that I could set it up with my info. 2. The phone arrived taped to the inside of the box with a lightning cable. Being the 15 it uses the USB-C charger so I'm having to go buy a charger for it, but my phone arrived safely and undamaged so the packing wasn't an issue. 3. I ordered the phone in black but it arrived in blue. I was very happy about this because it was the colour that I originally wanted but just opted for black as it was cheaper, but I'd be upset if I paid more for a specific colour and got something else. Again, these are just very minor things that did not impact my experience, but might impact others!

I need a refund

I bought an iPhone 15. The description said it had scratches, but there was only one scratch on the exterior that was difficult to see with almost no problems. The only scratch that was difficult to see was on the exterior. Where there were problems When taking photos, the autofocus failed to adjust the focus and the lens of the Gamera sometimes vibrated at high speed while emitting a roaring sound (once so far). If it happens again, I will send it in for repair as it is used.

When I was with a major carrier, I used to change to the latest model every two to three years, but since I switched to a budget phone, it's not so easy to change models... This is the first time I've been backmarket! I bought my husband's iPhone 11 to 15 as a Christmas present, and with the discount on two phones, I decided to go back to iPhone after changing to Android for 5 years (I have a 12promax) and got a total discount! The iPhone 15 is grade A, really beautiful! I thought I'd try my luck with the battery but I'm happy to say it was a hit at 98%! I considered buying it on a flea market site, but I was really glad I bought it from Buckmarket, just in case. The delivery was fast and I was kept informed of the delivery status, so I felt safe from start to finish. I will use Buckmarket again for my next phone change.

As an A grade, I imagined that the maximum battery capacity would be close to 100, but it was 87%, which is slightly lower than expected. Other than that, it was clean with no surface scratches and no complaints at all about its operation. Overall, I was satisfied with the product.
