I ordered my iphone 14, grade excellent. It came within the time frame. It was well packaged and at first glance there were no scratches etc., to be seen. On top of that the battery health is 100%. It was in as new condition. So far I am really pleased with my purchase, it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Back Market.

My old iPhone - the XS - was starting to act up (Took ages to call someone and often the calls would fail, apps and site pages took forever to load. Tried numerous restarts and updates, but I think it had just reached the end of its days. I bought it as a refurb in Feb 2021, so it lasted nearly 4 years). So, I decided to upgrade. The iPhone 14 seemed a good alternative - not too expensive and still "young" enough to be useful. Ordering and delivery was super quick - bought the phone on 4 Dec and it was delivered on 6 Dec, with regular tracking updates telling where it was. Transferring everything over from my old phone to my new one was easy, given it was iPhone to iPhone. The 14 itself works very well and I have had no issues so far. The look and feel is great and it is very responsive. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. Would recommend it and Back Market. :)

Phone arrived within a week of the purchase order. I picked the 'Good' condition option, and the phone was indeed of good quality, with no visible defects and 100% battery capacity. Very happy with this purchase.

Paid for premium. Pretty much as described and working well. Does display unknown part for battery so hard to know if this actually an Apple part as described, or inferior product (explanation for this on Back Market webpage is unclear) Overall, happy with purchase.

The iphone 14 arrived really quickly ie within 3 days of ordering and I am very happy with it. It is exactly as described and would highly recommend Back Market
