Really impress with the reconditioning. Looks and feel like brand new phone. Battery life is really good and the customer service was prompt and responsive. HAd little nag with shipment but customer service was prompt with communication and updates.

Phone arrived on time and is in excellent condition! No issues with it :) I did try to use the student discount, I got my code just before we bought the phone, but at checkout it said it was expired even though it had been like 1 minute? That was a bit weird, but we just bought without the discount. Still fine, and happy with the phone :)

My phone was shipped super fast, arrived quickly and was packaged really well. Communication was great also! Phone is in good condition and very happy with it. Battery was right on 80% which was the minimum capacity they stated - so no complaints, would have been great to have received something higher than the minimum, but is exactly as advertised.
