It as wrapped very professionally and arrived promptly with delivery data sent as it travelled.

The imac came as promised. The issue I have is the crappy mouse and keyboard. I expected a Apple brand for both. I couldn't connect the keyboard so that's just sitting there.

First time I've used it. Purple, 1 TB and 16 GB memory! At this price? I was worried about the price, but I was surprised when I received the product! It's brand new. Nothing is different from new. It was the right choice for A grade! I will use it with care! Thank you very much!

It comes with a JIS keyboard, which is good because I knew it was JIS, but it is quite difficult to use because it is for Windows. I think it's like an extra, so it's OK, but if it was, I would have preferred to have bought the one I wanted myself without it and had the price lowered a little. I think it's a problem with Sagawa, but I received an email from Sagawa right after the delivery informing me that I could specify the time, but it came at a completely different time. I think it was a two-piece parcel, but the two pieces arrived separately on different days, so it was difficult for me to be home at the time.

I use it very comfortably. I'm replacing my old iMac with a MacBookPro and it's working well as a regular machine. At the moment I use the trackpad and the familiar keyboard.

There was no problem with the iMAC itself, but the keyboard and mouse were not included among the accessories that were supposed to be included. As a result of an enquiry, the missing accessories were sent at a later date. This was a hassle, so a negative rating is given for this.
