Verry happy with the A51 however could you tell me how to transfer the apps on my old phone to my new Samsung Galaxy A51 please as I couldn't find how to in the manuel. Thank you so much. Have already recommended your firm to a friend for her next phone.

It was my first time buying a refurbished phone and really only did so on a recommendation. I have to say I am now the one doing the recommending. It's a great phone and it was at my door in days. Setting up and transferring everything over was so easy. I'm excited!!!

I purchased the Samsung S23FE and found the phone to be of great quality and as described.. Knowing the phone had been tested & battery checked to ensure it was of high qaulity is exactly what I needed as this was a gift for family . The process to purchase was super easy and I even used afterpay which I use alot for retail . Delivery very was great ! A postal tracking number was provided and a signature on delivery was required from the postal company which ment my delivery was safe and secure until it arrived to me in my hands . The phone arrived very quickly. I'm super happy with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Back Market . Definitely 5 stars.

Very happy with the phone. I was concerned about buying a refurbished phone but it looks brand new and works excellently. The price was great and delivery time, excellent. Would buy from Back Market again and definitely recommend them.

Phone arrived promptly, great service, being a refurnished phone I was quite impressed, could not find any scratches or dings, it looked brand new, battery life 100% very happy, would highly recommend Backmarket for a refurbished phone.

This refurbished phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra) is excellent. Battery life great, everything else working as expected - I got a real bargain. Very happy :-D

I ordered a flip phone from Back Market. The condition I ordered was fair. They ran out and sent me one in good condition. That was very nice to give me a phone in better condition. The phone works perfectly and I'm very happy.

Visually looks like new. Feels very solid and satisfying to handle. Having the odd problem with network connectivity but that could be me still learning all about the phone. Very happy with the refurbished phone this early in my ownership. GC
