Not bad, though not perfect either. Occasionally when I go to open it, all I get is a dark grey, unresponsive screen. Simply turning it off and on again (with two quick clicks of the power button) fixes this though, so it's not a big issue. The auto-correct on the keyboard is really funky though, and unless my fingers are fatter than I thought they were, it likes to insert random spaces and (sometimes imaginary) words so that 'random' becomes 'ra an dome' or something, which is not an issue I had with my previous refurbished SE (2nd ed). I've changed the auto-correct, auto-punctuation and predict features to off in settings, which makes things a bit better but I still occasionally have the issue. The screen went completely unresponsive on me at one point when I opened the phone onto safari, and I had to do the 'volume up then down quickly and hold the power button until you see the apple symbol' restart, after which it was working normally again. Other than those (mostly just mildly inconvenient) issues, it has been behaving fine. Oh, it also didn't let me do the connect-to-mac info crossover when I was first setting up the phone, but from what I could see online this is normally c...

This is my first refurbished phone, so the jury is still out. Apple says they can’t recognise the screen or the battery, so possibly not genuine Apple parts. Screen freezes occasionally, have to exit and try again, works so far. Overall ok. Considering the price of new Apple phones, I’m still ok with buying a refurbished phone. The condition of the phone was spot on. Delivery was on time. It’s only been a couple of weeks, at this point I’m still a customer of backmarket.

I was sceptical at first ordering a refurbished iPad for my son. But the process was quick, it was shipped to me fast and it was in great condition. If anything I’ll definitely be ordering off this site if I need any other tech. Saved a lot of money as well

Amazing product for the price! I did order it over the weekend and came in on the estimated date. In immense condition for being a refurbished device. Highly recommend others if they are on a budget or are just looking to upgrade and don't see the need for the latest iphones. Back market is a great website and the team are doing an amazing job.

Was a dream to buy from this company. You get a few options to choose from as to the quality, gb etc. Delivery was very quick even though I was told there would be a delay due to cyclone Alfred. I didn't know what to expect; the quality of the iPad was superb! I was a little wary of refurbishment, but I would highly recommend it; the price of iPads is way too high, and a lot of people get ones that have far more features than they will ever use. Students and mums with young children should consider this store when they next need one for school or just for playing games.

1st purchase on back market. The phone was surprisingly good, only 1 little not noticeable scratch near the mute switch. Battery health was 88% and still hold up throughout the day with a light use. Very recommended to purchase a used / refurbished phone through back market

Very happy with purchase. Was in good condition. Can see slight refurbishing marks on the edges of the frame but otherwise in very good condition. 89% battery life. Can’t complain for the price. Shipping was very quick.

I was dubious at first but because of the one year warranty and condition description I was really impressed with the refurbished iPad which I was after. I never thought of refurbished equipment before but I was so glad this is another option. Whole experience was great, I will do this again and buy from Back Market.
