Verry happy with the A51 however could you tell me how to transfer the apps on my old phone to my new Samsung Galaxy A51 please as I couldn't find how to in the manuel. Thank you so much. Have already recommended your firm to a friend for her next phone.

The phone was working perfectly at first but after a couple of days it locked me out and even the code l put in didn't work and there was no way l could get in . I tried to look where to get in touch with you and couldn't find anything. I took the phone to a nice man l know and he took it back to factory start and l put everything back in again . It was good for a day and looked again . He did it again and l just use fingerprint and pattern to get into my phone and so far is okay. I would have got in touch with you if l could . I did try and they said it wasn't there department.
