The phone was working perfectly at first but after a couple of days it locked me out and even the code l put in didn't work and there was no way l could get in . I tried to look where to get in touch with you and couldn't find anything. I took the phone to a nice man l know and he took it back to factory start and l put everything back in again . It was good for a day and looked again . He did it again and l just use fingerprint and pattern to get into my phone and so far is okay. I would have got in touch with you if l could . I did try and they said it wasn't there department.

Excellent condition. Shipping well managed. Excellent presentation and based on quality of service to date, have good faith that if something goes wrong with the device, they will be fair in handling.

Both my Son & I bought a Samsung Galaxy A51, I'm still getting used to the new phone in my life, I'm not very tech. savvy but everything is working perfectly atm. What a great price, I'm sp pleased.

Quite frankly ..no fault of your own..I should have done more research and for that Price I should have bought a Xiaomi as a second Phone. However..EXTREMELY Satisfied with your service..so next time ...I hope to buy from you...a XIAOMI !!

Works perfectly - the only issue is apparently Samsung does not support the A51 anymore so you can't update it.

Amazing phone, like new, great battery. Beautifully packaged and fast shipping. It was the Galaxy A32 not the A32 5G (slightly different size) but it still works perfectly across all networks.

Wasn't sure but ordered. Phone was delivered quickly and is working well. Similar pricing to marketplace but with the extra security of buying through a shop. Would order again through back market
