Scratches are OK as long as they are not noticeable, so the affordable rank B was sufficient for me. Scratches on the glass surface are no problem at all for watching the video and I don't mind the scratches on the exterior at all. I use this one conveniently by my bedside to pass the time while I'm in hospital, because I can watch full-segment TV (which eliminates the need for pay TV) and I can also use the internet if I put in a cheap sim. There are no functional problems. I am satisfied with it.
